- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are hereby requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number R1BK57000900 is issued and is Request for Proposal (RFP). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-56. The associated NAICS code is 512110 and the small business size standard is $29.5 million. Description of Work: The work includes the purchase and delivery of items within 30 days ARO. Any questions shall be directed to the Contracting Officer Doug Punzel (617‑565‑5769) at Douglas.Punzel@gsa.gov The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial Items (Feb 2012)* applies to this acquisition and is incorporated by reference. (* (c) Period for acceptance of offers. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.) The provision at FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this solicitation. Award will be made to the lowest total price that meets all delivery requirements. Delivery requirements include the following: (1) Delivery terms shall be FOB destination; (2) Delivery of all items shall take place not later than 30 days ARO. Offerors SHALL indicate on their proposal if they can meet or deliver before the required delivery date. If a proposal does not include this information, it shall be rejected. (3) There shall be no partial deliveries or payments. Offerors are to provide quotations for ALL items to be considered responsive. The Government intends to make only one award in response to this solicitation but reserves the right to make multiple awards to obtain the full bill of materials. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (Feb 2012), with its offer and/or verify by the ORCA website. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items (Feb 2012), applies to this acquisition. Contractors SHALL be registered in both CCR and GSA's ITSS system to receive an award and the addresses/information must match exactly. Offerors shall provide their CAGE, TIN, and DUNS numbers. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items (Mar 2012), applies to this acquisition. The following additional clauses are incorporated by reference to implement provisions of law or executive orders applicable to acquisitions of commercial items or components: [None] The due date for receipt of proposals is 20 March 2012 at 3 PM EST.
