- RFQ Fence Materials (Range) Return Package The USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests, Springerville, Arizona, has a requirement for Range Fence Materials. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation under Commercial Items for Firm Fixed-Price, Request For Quotations (RFQ) format. Shipping will be to two separate locations (Clifton, AZ and Springerville, AZ) with all shipping charges included in the price of the items. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Small Business size standard (NAICS) for fence materials is 423390, 100 Employees; The solicitation package and specifications will be made available online today and will be posted at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. All offers must conform to the requirements in the solicitation package (specifically, Made In the USA) in order to be eligible for award of a purchase order. Payment will be made by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Contractors shall be registered in Federal Vendor Databases (CCR / ORCA) and have DUNS / FEIN (TIN) numbers at time of award. Requests for solicitation packages may be made by email and offers may be returned by email: wabbott@fs.fed.us No solicitation packages will be mailed out in order to meet the fifteen day turnaround for this requirement. The Closing Date for responses to the RFQ shall be MARCH 28, 2012, 3:30 p.m., Mountain Time.
