- Offerors are advised to reference procent.pica.army.mil for all the documents and information pertaining to solicitation W15QKN-11-R-F015. There have been errors in the communication between procnet.pica.army.mil and FBO.gov websites. The links can be found at: https://www.fbo.gov/notices/18ed111ca24ec2808977c33a3f26ea47 http://procnet.pica.army.mil/dbi/Download/GoGetSolicitation.cfm?SolNum=W15QKN-11-R-F015 To clarify: Procnet Solicitation Amendment 0012 = FBO Solicitation Amendment 0001 Procnet Solicitation Amendment 0001 = FBO Solicitation Amendment 0002 Procnet Solicitation Amendment 0002 = FBO Solicitation Amendment 0003 Procnet Solicitation Amendment 0003 = FBO Solicitation Amendment 0004 Procnet Solicitation Amendment 0004 = FBO Solicitation Amendment 0005 Once a document or notice is posted, it cannot be deleted. As explained in Solicitation Amendment Notice 0012, Offerors were to disregard Solicitation Amendment 0012 as it was posted in error. Additionally when Solicitation Amendment Notice 0030 was posted, the systems faulted and posted Solicitation Amendment Notice 0030 twice in each system. Furthermore FBO did not upload the following documents: - Attachment "Questions and Answers 10FEB2012" - Amendment Notice 0020 - Amendment Notice 0027 - Amendment Notice 0029 Again please reference procent.pica.army.mil for all the documents and information pertaining to solicitation W15QKN-11-R-F015.
