Description
Industry Day Update March 12, 2012 Industry Day Update – March 12, 2012 On Tuesday, March 20, 2012, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s (DTRA) Contracting activity and Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Directorate will host an Industry Day to discuss the CTR Logistics Support Program. The Industry Day will take place at Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) CTR Threat Support Center (CTSC), 8209 Terminal Road, Suite 700, Lorton, VA 22079 from 0800 to 1700 EDT. BAH is CTR’s Advisory and Assistance Services contractor. A tentative Industry Day schedule follows: March 20, 2012 · 0800-0900 – Check-in · 0900-1000 – Government requirements briefing · 1000-1200 – Public Question & Answer Session · 1200-1300 – Lunch · 1300-1700 – Break-out sessions (Prospective prime contractors only) March 21, 2012 · 0900-1700 – Additional Break-out sessions, if required (Prospective prime contractors only) Prospective prime contractors may request one-on-one meetings with the government with the main focus on overall programmatic discussion. These one-on-one sessions will be strictly limited to 15 minutes for each prospective prime contractor and their respective integration teams. All questions and Government responses during the public Q&A session and the one-on-one sessions will be published on FedBizOpps (FBO). All questions and responses will be anonymous. A list of attendees and their contact information will be posted to FBO. Prospective prime contractors should email requests to schedule a one-on-one session by March 16, 2012. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Email all responses to CTRLogProg@dtra.mil.
