- FOR ALL INFORMATION PLEASE CONTACT: Ari Herman, Electronics Engineer, 443-395-4773 ari.c.herman.civ@mail.mil Sources are being sought to supply either or both of the following items or their equivalent: 1)Battery Service Equipment Set (BSES) PulseTech Part Number: 746X100 NSN: 6130-01-541-9731 2)HD Pallet Charger PulseTech Part Number: 746X820 NSN: 6130-01-532-7711 Vendors proposing equivalent item(s) should provide supporting documentation showing equivalency. A matrix should be provided showing each feature and characteristic of the above item(s) and an equivalent feature or characteristic of the proposed item(s) along with a comparative assessment. Supporting test data, if available, should also be provided. Responses should be emailed to Ari Herman ari.c.herman.civ@mail.mil no later than 31 March 2012. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION; no award will be made as a result of this request. This market survey is for informational purposes only; this is not a Request for Proposal (RFP). All interested parties are encouraged to respond to the market survey. The Government is in no way obligated to the offeror by the information received. More than one solicitation may result from this market survey.
