- The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ 08733 has a requirement for the acquisition of 14 Deadload Brake Parts of varying quantities which are build to print part number items as listed below. The Government owned drawings for these part numbers are Export Control Drawings and are subject to the following restrictions. WARNING: THESE DRAWINGS CONTAIN TECHNICAL DATA WHOSE EXPORT IS RESTRICTED BY THE ARMS EXPORT CONTROL ACT (TITLE 22, U.S.C. SEC 2751 ET SEQ) OR THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT OF 1979, AS AMENDED, (TITLE 50, U.S.C. APP 2401, ET SEQ.) VIOLATIONS OF THESE EXPORT LAWS ARE SUBJECT TO SEVERE CRIMINAL PENALITES THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for the build to print items listed below. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation announcement that will be published. Quotations are being requested. Hard copies of this Combined Synopsis/Solicitation and any amendments will NOT be mailed to contractors. All requests for the EXPORT CONTROL DRAWINGS are required to include a current, certified copy of the DD Form 2345, Military Critical Technical Data Agreement at the time of request for drawings. All requests for these Export Control Drawings by qualified contractors shall be fowarded with their current DD2345 to Barbara Davidowich via email to: barbara.davidowich@navy.mil. The subject line shall be as follows to include the solicitation number and title N68335-12-T-0015 - DEADLOAD BRAKE PARTS. All contractors seeking an award must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.
