- The Corpus Christi Army Depot has a requirement for cold work tools. Negotiations to be conducted solely with Fatigue Technology, INC. This solicitation is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all quotes received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
