- Sources Sought The Fleet Industrial Supply Center (FISC), Norfolk VA, is in the process of further developing the acquisition strategy to obtain non-personal Antiterrorism Warfare Improvement Program/Fleet Collaborative Team Support services. The period of performance will cover a one-year base period with three, one-year options. The government expects to make an award on or about 1 July 2012. This acquisition will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). A DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) is posted in conjunction with this sources sought notice. The government seeks industry input to further develop an acquisition strategy and hear from interested vendors that have the capability to support this requirement within the designated location. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this brief is 541611. Interested businesses are encouraged to submit a capabilities statement that describes their ability to support this requirement with the anticipated scope. Please also include CAGE Code, DUNS Number, and business size, as well as any other pertinent information. Please provide these packages by 2:00pm EST, 16 March 2012 via email to David Brown, FISC Norfolk, 757-443-1455, david.b.brown@navy.mil, and Mr. Augustine Salvati, FISC Norfolk, 757-443-1443, augustine.salvati@navy.mil. The size limitation for emails is 5MB. File formats can be as follows PDF, Word, Excel or Powerpoint. Files with the .zip extension cannot be received. Should your email correspondence exceed this limit, please submit multiple emails stating Email 1 of 3, etc. in the subject line. Comments on the attached draft PWS are not requested at this time. The government plans to use the Internet and e-mail as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. The Government will provide email confirmation of receipt of your statements. If companies do not receive an email confirmation after submitting their capabilities statement, they are urged to verify receipt telephonically.
