- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F2EMFM2058A001 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. This requirement is set aside 100% for Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Business. The anticipated award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract, the award will be made based on the lowest price. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-55. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335911. The SB size standard for this code is 500 employees. CLIN0001 - UPS External 1300 VA Power Capacity, 4 Minute Battery Run Time, Up to 780 Watt Power Provided AC 120 Volt, with Standard 3 Year Warranty QTY: 100 EA Suggested Model: APC Back-UPS Pro 1300 (P/N BR1300G) / OR EQUAL Suggested Manufacturer: American Power Conversion Co.
