- The Army Contracting Command National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), on the behalf of the US Army Command and Control Support Agency (USACCSA), intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1) or 41 U.S.C 253(c) (1) - FAR 6.302-1 - Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to NorthStar Communications, Inc. 6481 Watson CT, Warrenton, VA 20187-3948. NorthStar Communications, Inc will provide preventative maintenance, on-site operator level training and on-call support on existing High Frequency and Ultra-High Frequency radio systems. The place of performance is: The Pentagon, Washington, DC 20310-3200. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance of one year and four option years. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested parties may express their interest and provide a capabilities statement NLT 16 March 2012 at 15:00 EST.
