Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division IUID Center has been tasked by the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics (OUSD AT&L), Defense Procurement and Acquisition Policy (DPAP), Program Development and Implementation (PDI) office to provide subject matter expertise and support services in the development and implementation of policy for the management of government property. This support included service to design and develop training and outreach materials and the delivery of training and education related to applicable enabling technology, policies, and practices. The Government intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis IAW FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) through The Clarion Group, a Woman- Owned Small Business. Any responsible source having the technical capabilities to meet the requirements described in the attached Scope of Work may submit an offer to be considered to: Marlena.warren@navy.mil. The offer must clearly show the firm ™s ability to be responsive without compromising the requirements in any way.
