- Solicitation Number: F3A3A12053A001 Combat Offload Pallets Notice Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Synopsis: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3A3A12053A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55(correction) effective 25 Jan 2012; Defense DPN 20120130 effective 30 Jan 2012, and AFAC 2012-0104 effective 04 Jan 2012. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 326299 The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9320. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3069. Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ has a requirement for Combat Offload pallets. LINE ITEM: COMBAT OFFLOAD PALLET RUMBER #COP-A1 BRAND NAME OR EQUAL QTY:12 The Combat Offload Pallets must have the following characteristics: *Length (depth)-52", Width- 72", Height-19" * 3-31/2" steel straps * 10-Tie down "D" Rings (capacity rating 20,000 lbs each welded to straps) * Net Weight-1,550 lbs * Tie down rings/bolts must be counter-sunk to prevent damage to 463L Pallets/Type V Platform * Must be Stackable to allow for varying weight requirements * Exposed hardware must be hot-dipped galvanized Pallets need to be impervious to fluids & oil, will not crack or splinter, insect and termite proof, UV and water resistant, prevents FOD on runway/tarmac, and made of 100% recycled materials. All qualifying bids will be accepted Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
