- SYNOPSIS: W91CRB-XX-XXXX AGENCY NAME: Program Manager, Soldier Enhanced Vision (PM SEV) DESCRIPTION: Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC APG), has a requirement to obtain Enhanced Night Vision Goggle (ENVG) helmet mount wiring harness assemblies. Assemblies must be compatible with the Army Enhanced Combat Helmet (determined by Program Manager, Soldier Enhanced Vision). ACC APG is considering purchasing up to 3000 units as a Sole Source, Firm Fixed Price action. ACC APG will post the solicitation to the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website on or about 22 March 2012. Access ASFI via the following link: https://acquisition.army.mil. Click "Contracting Opportunities Search"; search for the solicitation without dashes or spaces. Click the link to the solicitation, then the link to "attachments" located at the bottom of the page.
