- NSN 5960-014670961, Electron Tube. The solicitation is issued in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Other than Full and Open Competition. Currently approved sources of supply is Photonis USA Pennsylvania, Inc. (0BMR4) P/N 8122-V1. Ship 130 SE, FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA 17070 and 32 SE, FOB Destination to Tracy, CA 95304. Inspection/Acceptance is at Origin. A 100% option for increased quantities is included in the request for proposal. The requirement is not set aside for small business. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on its issue date of March 23, 2012. Please be advised that offers should be directed to the bid and abstract room as is designated in the solicitation document. Do not submit offers directly to the POC for this solicitation.
