- Below are questions and responses to industry questions. 1. Should we provide info on both the 3kw and the 5kw systems? Will these be acquired under a single acquisition or two, or has that been determined yet? ANSWER: please provide info on both; this will be one acquisition. 2. There is only one passing mention of solar collection, is there any guidance on how much is any solar collection the systems should handle? ANSWER: Not at this time; please provide whatever you consider appropriate. 3. Is the LTT that the 5kw system is to be installed on a government-supplied or vendor-supplied item? If the latter, would a LTT-FE(extended bed) unit be acceptable? ANSWER: the LTT is GFE. 4. Is the generator (3, 5 or 10kw TQG) a government-supplied unit? ANSWER: the generator is GFE. 5. In the specific requirements for the 5kw system, it says the system must interface with 3kw and 10kw TQG's. It also says the system will be installed on the LTT with a 5kw TQG. Is this to say it should work with all three TQG's? ANSWER: the primary unit is the 5KW; however, the system must interface with the others.
