Description
Synopsis: SPM300-12-R-0011 The DLA Troop Support Pacific intends to solicit for a full-line of USDA No.1 or better Fresh Fruit and Vegetable (FF&V) products to support Non-DoD USDA School customer requirements in Hawaii. This will be a 100% Small Business Set Aside acquisition. The resultant award will be for an indefinite delivery contract, with a guaranteed minimum of 10% and a maximum of 200% of the actual award value. It will contain one (12 month) base period plus four (12 month) option periods. The length of the contract, including options, may total 60 months (5) years. The delivery points require indefinite quantities of Fresh Fruit and Vegetables throughout the term of the contract. A more detailed listing of the delivery sites will be found in the solicitation. The FF&V items will be acquired in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation and FAR Subpart 19 - Small Business Programs. The forthcoming solicitation will be posted at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov/. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above cite. By submitting an offer, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make a contractor ineligible for award. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
