The NAICS Code is revised as follows: From: 541 -- Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services/541330 -- Engineering Services To: 541 -- Professional, Technical, and Scientific Services/541310 “ Architectural Services 4. The first paragraph is revised to read as follows: From: This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses; therefore, replies to this notice are requested from only small business concerns. The small business size standard classification is NAICS 541330 ($4.5M in annual receipts). To: This solicitation is a 100% set-aside for small businesses; therefore, replies to this notice are requested from only small business concerns. The small business size standard classification is NAICS 541310 ($7.0M in annual receipts). The size standard is in accordance with the Small Business Size Standards: Professional, Technical, and Scientific Services Final rule contained in the Federal Register Volume 77, Number 28 (Friday, February 10, 2012), effective March 12, 2012. 5. The response date/time is revised from March 27, 2012, 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time, to April 12, 2012, 2:00 p.m., Hawaii Standard Time.
