- Industry Day Announcement : SMC/GP: RFP # FA8807-11-R-0001 Dates: 26-27 March 2012 Small Business Reference Number : 11-72 Event Description: SMC/GP will conduct an Industry Day on 26 March for its Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) acquisition at the Salient Federal Solutions Building, 121 North Douglas Street, El Segundo, CA 90245. The presentations (from 0800 to approximately 1600) will include an overview of the GPS Directorate and its utilization of SE&I services. Limited parking will be available behind the Salient Federal Solutions Building, so please carpool as much as possible. The presentations will be followed by "one-on-one" meetings on March 27 with the Government team. Details for the one-on-one meetings will be provided in the bidders' library or via email (contact: smc.gpeo.ss@losangeles.af.mil). Rules of Engagement for the one-on-one are as follows : - Only potential prime contractors may schedule appointments; however, prime contractors are encouraged to include potential subcontractors as part of their team during the meeting. - Meetings will be limited to 30 minutes - No audio or video recording - No presentations of any format Please e-mail smc.gpeo.ss@losangeles.af.mil for Industry Day registration instructions and to schedule one-on-one meetings. Registration and appointment instructions will also be posted in the bidders' library. Please review previous Industry Day announcements or email smc.gpeo.ss@losangeles.af.mil if you need instructions for registration for the bidders' library. The Government will make a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) available via the bidders' library prior to Industry Day. A separate announcement will follow when the draft RFP is posted.
