Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST IN LAS CRUCES, NM RLP No. 0NM2032 The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Las Cruces, New Mexico that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: New Mexico City: Las Cruces Delineated Area: Within the City Limits of Las Cruces, NM Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,057 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 11,057 Space Type: Office and related space Parking Spaces (Total): 4 Parking Spaces (Surface): 4 Parking Spaces (Structured): N/A Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 year Option Term: None Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous and located above the ground floor. Space may not be located near US Attorneys, USMS, Probation, Bureau of Prisons, Pretrial Services or law enforcement agencies. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: By 4:30 p.m. CT, March 12, 2012 Additional information due with Expression of Interest: • Building name and address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. • ANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any. • Date of space availability. • Building ownership information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • Authorization letter from building owner to present building for lease to the Government. • Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. • List of Building services provided.
