- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1C0RH2017A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-55. This procurement is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19.502-2. The NAICS code is 238220 and the small business size standard is $14M. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001 (Quantity: 1 EA) 15 TON HORIZONTAL PACKAGED COOLING UNIT Specifications: - 15 ton nominal capacity - One-piece assembly, completely factory wired and piped with operating charge of R-410A - Horizontal supply/return configuration - 208-230/3/60 power connection - Standard thermostat - Voltage monitor - Time delay relay and anti-short cycle timer - Throwaway filters - 0-25% manual outside air damper - Vibration isolators - 6,000 CFM (important requirement due to the heat loads calculated for the building) Quotations should include proposed delivery schedule with shipment to Andersen Air Force Base Guam at address: 554 RED HORSE SQUADRON UNIT 14014 ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, 96929 AND/OR Tracy Depot at address: CCP WHSE. 30 25600 South Chrisman Road Tracy, CA 95376-5000 Place of contract performance is Andersen AFB, Yigo, Guam 96929. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable. The provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items.
