Description
NSN: 3120-99-711-2029, Bushing, Sleeve, Part Number 32323-1003, Sole Source to IRL Thermal Systems Ltd. (CAGE CODE U1841). Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin and FOB Destination. Requested delivery is 69 Days ARO. This NSN is Sole Source, Critical Application, Higher Level Quality Assurance. End Item Description: ENGINE, AIRCRAFT, F100-PW-200 (F-16A/B/C/D) and ENGINE, AIRCRAFT, F100 PW220 (F-15C/D/E). Item is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI) per SAP on March 2, 2012. Reverse auctioning clause 52.215-9023 will not be included in the solicitation because it is not required for this acquisition. Formal source selection is not required for this acquisition. Procurement is DLA Direct (Stock). Request For Proposal (RFP) will result in a Long Term Contract (LTC) and Contract Type is an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with One Base Year and Four Options Years (Base plus Option Years are 12 months each). The Guaranteed Minimum Quantity is 45 each, Minimum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 45 each, Maximum Stock Delivery Order Quantity is 178 each, Estimated Annual Demand Quantity is 178 each, and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 357 each. This RFP will be solicited as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the RFP. The anticipated RFP issue date is March 19, 2012.
