- Please note the following questions have been addressed. Q1. Annex 6 (U.S. Firm Information Form) was not provided in the RFP. A1. Annex 6 may be found on pp 119-124 at the following link http://www.ustda.gov/RFP/201251005A_BRA.pdf Q2. Could you please provide Ecorodovias' CNPJ number? This is required for FedEx shipments being sent to Brazil from the United States. A2. CNPJ 08.873.873/0001-10 Q3. Page 13 of the RFP states that offerors shall include letters of commitment from the individuals proposed confirming their availability for contract performance. Please clarify whether "individuals" refers to each individual staff member proposed, or whether "individuals" refers to subcontractor firms and individuals. A3. "Individuals" means each individual staff member proposed to participate on the personnel team of the Offeror, including individuals that are members of the subcontractor firm being proposed by the Offeror. Q4. Should the Letters of Commitment contain original signatures, or is it permissible to include scanned Letters of Commitment in the proposal? A4. The letters may be scanned. Q5. The Definitional Mission Report in RFP Annex 3 provides personnel requirements on pages 44 - 48. Should offerors' proposals include key staff in these exact labor categories? A5. The Definitional Mission report provides a suggested team composition, but it is the responsibility of the Offeror to determine the best assignment of personnel in order to fulfill the requirements of the RFP. An Offeror may propose alternate team compostions that they feel will meet the needs of the RFP. Q6. Should the U.S. Firm Information Form be completed by subcontractors, in addition to the Offeror? A6. Annex C of the U.S. Firm Information Form applies to subcontractors.
