The following is a summary of work: A broad range of maintenance, repair, and minor construction work on real property at Eielson AFB, Alaska; and Clear AFS, Alaska. These requirements will require multiple divisions of the RS Means Facilities Construction Cost Data book. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ). The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 with a size standard of $33.5 million. The magnitude of this project is between $10M and $25M. This acquisition is being solicited as a total 8(a) small business set aside. THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY AMENDMENTS ARE PAPERLESS AND WILL BE AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET ONLY. All contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) program in order to receive a contract award from any DOD activity. Contractors may access the Internet site at: http://www.ccr.gov to register and/or obtain information about the CCR program. Any questions must be submitted in writing.
