- Full Solicitation Package Including: The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Investigations (OI) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) office located in St. Thomas, VI 00802 provides mission support to protect America and uphold public safety. The objective of this solicitation is to procure contractual janitorial service to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the ICE field office (approximately 15,192 sq. ft.). ICE requires ongoing support in promoting a safe and healthy work environment. This procurement is a fixed price Janitorial Services contract for the St. Thomas ICE/ERO Office. Please see attached SF 18, Instructions to Offerors, Statement of Work, Clauses / Provisions, and Past Performance Questionnaire. Quotes should be submitted in accordance with all terms, conditions, and provisions included in this RFQ and its attachments. Please provide quotes in the form of a firm, fixed-monthly price based on the attached Statement of Work and your understanding of the work to be performed following the information exchange.
