UPDATE - PLEASE NOTE: AMENDMENT 01 AND AMENDMENT 02 HAVE BEEN UPLOADED AND ALL PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION AT ALL TIMES AND MUST ACKNOWLEDGE RECEIPT OF ALL AMENDMENTS BY SUBMITTING A SIGNED COPY OF ALL AMENDMENTS ALONG WITH THEIR PROPOSAL. THE AMENDMENTS HAVE BEEN ATTACHED AS A FILE BELOW THE ATTACHMENT FOR THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION. AMENDMENT 01 IS TO INCORPORATE THE PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE AGENDA. AMENDMENT 02 IS TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUESTIONS AND RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS. PLEASE NOTE: ADDITIONAL AMENDMENTS MAY BE POSTED IN THE FUTURE AND PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MOST CURRENT INFORMATION. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The General Services Administration (GSA) would like to invite you to submit a proposal for the food service operation at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse located at 255 East Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The propososed start date is May 14, 2012. The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment (except as otherwise provided), and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all services described in Solicitation # GS-09P-12-KS-D-0026. The Contractor will be required to provide Food and Related Services in accordance with the requirements of this solicitation. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and Courthouse at 255 East Temple St., Los Angeles, CA 90012. The conference will begin in the cafeteria seating area at 10:00am PST and go until 12:00pm PST. Please note: Government-issued photo identification will be required in order to access the building. The agenda will include a review of the solicitation package followed by a tour of the facilities. If you do plan on attending the conference, please notify Joshua Chung.
