Description
The United States Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease at 111 Lomas Blvd, NW, that is expiring in Albuquerque, NM. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. The Government requires a total of 12,569 rentable square feet of space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The lease term will be 10 years, 5 years firm. Occupancy is desired no later than July 31, 2012. To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by March 8, 2012. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
