- NSN 3040-01-408-0197, Pawl, The Boeing Company, Cage 76301, P/N 74A420601-1005. DLAA does not have technical data for this item. Number note 22 applies, only one source. Solicited unrestricted, not a set aside, Other than Full & Open Competition. It is anticipated that award will be made via delivery order against a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). A request for a copy of the solicitation should be made to the Acquisition Specialist. If it is detemined more than the BOA source can meet the Government's needs, the Acqusition Specialist shall issue the RFP and post to the DLA-DIBBS website. This is a proposed firm fixed priced contract for qty fo 23 EA, FOB Origin, Inspecton/Acceptance Origin. this is a critical applicaton item. Required delivery is within 615 DARO, (phased delivery acceptable). Delivery locations: New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002,. If a formal RFP is issued, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, delivery and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaton. The solicitaton issue date is on or about March 01, 2012.
