Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) has completed its Phase I Peer Review and is now providing the Complete Draft RFP. Currently, complete the solicitation stipulates that proposals are due 60 days after Final RFP release, however, based on the compressed section L provided, the Government anticipates that a lesser proposal response time may be suitable. It is requested that interested parties indicate a suitable proposal response time considering a 19 March 2012 solicitation release and the requirements of the solicitation. In this response, please provide a brief rationale to support the required proposal response time. Please submit this response to erin.barton@navy.mil. The Government will consider all responses submitted by 08 March 2012 before altering the proposal response time. Additionally, all presolicitation comments must now be submitted by 14 March 2012 on attachment 7 to the RFP. The Government anticipates that the final solicitation will be released on 19 March 2012.
