- The Bureau of Reclamation intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ECO Resource Group for the Environmental Compliance Consulting on the Klamath Project Operations Endangered Species Act (ESA) for project management, facilitation, coordination, and document development support and services to complete ESA Section 7 Consultation activities and other applicable environmental compliance processes and Klamath River Basin-wide restoration activities support, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. A sole source justification has been prepared in support of this acquisition. Firms believing they can provide these supplies or services above must provide a written capability statement to the Contracting Officer with supporting evidence that demonstrates the respondent's ability to meet the stated requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is not based on responses to this notice. Information received in response to this synopsis will be considered solely for the purpose of future acquisitions of same or similar supplies or services. Responses should be emailed to the Government point of contact for this acquisition. Responses should include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS) and Tax Identification Number (TIN). Firms should identify business size (i.e. small business, other than small business, etc.) in accordance with the size standard for NAICS Code 541620 which is $7 Million.
