Description

The architect/engineer firm shall provide all equipment, labor, materials, travel, etc. necessary to complete the design of a project to complete the design to renovate 2884 square feet in the basement level of Building 1. The location of the project is at the Veterans Healthcare of the Ozarks Medical Center (VHSO), 1100 North College Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas. This project proposes to expand a computer server room and renovate adjacent space currently occupied by Physical Therapy, to be used by the Office of Information Technology for administration offices. Design shall include removal of existing partitions, suspended ceilings, flooring, light fixtures, ductwork, piping and electrical and communications conduit within the construction boundary. Other additional requirements will be required and stated in the Request for Proposals when it is issued. This is not a request for a proposal. Evaluation consideration will be as follows: (1) specialized experience of the firm of the similar contracts; (2) past record of performance on similar contracts; (3) geographic location of facilities of the working office; (4) specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project. Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business firms desiring consideration should submit SF330, Architect-Engineer Qualifications on or before March 20, 2011 by COB. Award is subject to availability of funds. This is not a request for a proposal.
