- The proposed contract action is for commercial supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority for FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all responses received within ten days after date of publication of this notice of intent. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Micropact Engineering, Inc. is considered the only vendor who can supply annual support and upgrade subscription to Entellitrak RA and Entellitrak RA Report Builder. Entellitrak RA is necessary for the DON to comply with Executive Order 13164, which requires agencies to track the processing of requests for reasonable accommodation. Micropact Engineering Inc. created the Entellitrak RA product. The contractor has intimate knowledge of all aspects of the software and has superior qualification to develop customized report products that will be integrated flawlessly into the software. Entellitrak is the proprietary property of Micropact. The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 511210.
