- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to renew a one year subscription for web based subscription for a period of twelve (12) months with Tax Analysts for 1500 users. This subscription shall include both print and internet products covering news and developments in federal, state, international, legislation, and agency decisions and cases. Tax Analysts provides editorial commentary as well as the full text of relevant documents from news agencies, courts, legislature, tax law reviews, and state regulatory bodies. The information Tax Analysts provides is unique and not available from other publications houses. Tax Analysts includes: Tax Notes Today (TNT) a web based service that provides accurate, reliable, and timely federal news, with archived data back to 1987; State Tax Today (STT) a web based service that provides accurate, on daily state news, and archived data access back to 1991; Worldwide Tax Daily (WTD) provides accurate, reliable, and timely international tax news, insightful analysis, and archived data back to 1988. THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capability to satisfy this requirement shall be considered. No solicitations will be issued, therefore, all requests for solicitation shall be considered non-responsive. A determination to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. All interested parties must express their interest and capabilities in writing to IRS, 6009 Oxon Hill Road, 9 th fl, Oxon Hill, MD 20745, Attn: Tracy Holland, by facsimile at (202) 283-1532 or by e-mail at: tracy.holland@irs.gov with in 7 days of the published date of this notice. Documents over ten (10) pages total will not be accepted by facsimile. Verification of receipt of fax and email transmission is the sole responsibility of the contractor. If no competitive responses are received, an award will be made to Tax Analysts. Award will be made in accordance with FAR part 13, Streamlined Acquisitions. FAR Clause(s): 52.232-33 Payment by electronic funds; 52.232; 52.212-4 Contract terms and Conditions for commercial item.
