- ALL QUESTIONS AN/OR QUOTES SHALL BE DIRECTED TO ME @ marianne.r.campbell@nasa.gov.Questions will be answered over the phone. THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THECOMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR DYNAMICMECHANICAL ANALYSIS. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. Thisnotice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendmentwill not be issued.The purpose of this amendment is to provide RFQ information and upload thespecifications. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended from March 5, 2012.This modification also provides the following RFQ information:1. This is a Fixed-Price Order placed under Part 12 for the FAR.2. Brand Name is Not Applicable.3. This acquisition is set-aside 100 percent for small business.4. Bid FOB Destination MSFC.5. The Government may consider a late quotation or modifications to a quotation receivedafter the date indicated for receipt of quotations but before the Government has made anoffer, should such action be in the best interests of the Government.6. This RFQ is not an order. This is a request for information, and quotations furnishedare not offers. This RFQ does not commit the Government to pay any costs incurred in thepreparation of the submission of this quotation or to contract for supplies or services. 7. Please indicate the warranty (if any) on the item(s) you are offering.8.If the end product(s) offered is other than a domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled 'Buy American Act -- Supplies,' the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin. 9. EVALUATION:Selection and award will be made to the lowest priced, technicallyacceptable quoter. Technical acceptability will be determined from information submittedby the quoter which must provide sufficient details to show that the product quoted meetsthe Government's requirements. Insufficient details to show that the product meetsGovernment needs could result in the vendor's quote being noncompliant to thesolicitation. 10.
