- The Operational Contracting Division, Air Armament Center, Eglin AFB, FL intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a Blanket Purchase Agreement for compressed, bottled gases. This acquisition is under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a price list is being requested. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120, with small business size standard of 1000 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. Please provide: 1) a complete price list of all products offered in reference to bottled gases and cylinder sizes for consideration into this BPA; 2) a description of your company's cylinder rental and transportation/delivery terms, along with pricing to the following sites: Eglin AFB and Hellfire Test Site C-7 located on FL Hwy 285, which is approximately 14 miles from Eglin East gate. The Contractor is required to deliver on Mondays and Thursdays at 9 am CST, unless other days/times have been previously coordinated with the 46th Test Wing. HAZMAT Coordination: The Contractor is required to provide the Base HAZMAT cell with order information prior to delivery so the HAZMAT cell can provide required issue-point labels. The Contractor is required to make current Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) available to the Government. On-line availability is acceptable. Contractor is required to accept payment by Government Purchase Card. The BPA Master Dollar Limit will be $1,000,000.00. Any proprietary information contained in response to this request will be properly protected from unauthorized disclosure and will not be used to establish the requirements for any future system acquisition so as to not inadvertently restrict competition.
