Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The contractor shall perform quadrennial load testing of the cranes, hoists and auto lifts. This service shall provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment and transportations necessary to provide services, unless otherwise stated in the statement of work. The Contractor shall be responsible for employee conduct and taking corrective action for any notices of violations issued as a result of the Contractors or any subcontractors' actions or operations during the performance of this contract. Corrections for any such violations shall be at no additional expense to Fort Hunter Liggett.
