Dear Prospective Offerors: The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (hereafter referred to as "USHMM" or "Museum") is seeking to transform its operations by implementing a contemporary constituent relationship management (CRM) platform in conjunction with process redevelopment that provides a 360 degree view of all constituents and their relationships with USHMM and provides a coherent capability for them to engage with USHMM through it many programs, events, fund raising, and engagement activities. To that end USHMM requires experienced vendor(s) with a proven track record in delivering CRM capabilities in the not-for-profit market using established platform(s). USHMM is therefore soliciting to acquire both an appropriate CRM system platform, and the first phase of Museum-wide implementation (focusing primarily on contacts consolidation, event management, and integration with core IT infrastructure). USHMM intends to retain option(s) to continue with one or more of the remaining phases of USHMM's CRM implementation requirements with the solicitation awardee. The anticipated schedule for definitizing this contract is: February 24, 2012 RFP Released March 16, 2012, 12:00 NOON ET Q&A Period Closed April 13, 2012, 12:00 NOON ET RFP Step 1 Proposals Due (good faith cost estimate) Week of May 7, 2012 Request for On-Site Presentations Week of May 22, 2012 On-Site Presentations Held June 11, 2012, 12:00 NOON ET RFP Step 2 Proposal(s) Due (FFP for Phase 1) July 31, 2012 Contract Awarded The entire solicitation (including all seven exhibits) has been attached to this posting in PDF format.
