Description
Equipment Listing The 138th Fighter Wing requires a contractor to provide all labor, tools, material, equipment and facilities necessary to accomplish the following: 1. Remove all existing paint finish. 2. Re-paint equipment, to include one complete coat of epoxy primer (Mil-Spec PF 23377) and one coat of polyurethane Gray Paint, color code 26173 (Mil-Spec PRF 85285). 3. Removal of corrosion shall be on an as needed basis and shall only be accomplished after coordination with the Contracting Officer. 4. The contractor shall comply with all local, State, and Federal EPA requirements and regulations. 5. Have a load of equipment completed and available for pick-up or delivered not later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the drop-off date. 6. Contractor shall not be responsible for any disassembly / assembly required prior to and from the contractor's paint facility. 7. Government personnel shall be responsible for transportation or cost of all equipment to and from the contractor's paint facility. 8. All work shall be inspected and accepted by the Government prior to departure from the contractor's facility or delivery truck if the contractor is delivering equipment. Any and all discrepancies shall be corrected prior to pick-up and / or unloading from the contractor's vehicle. In case of a disagreement regarding the acceptability of work performed by the contractor, the Contracting Officer will be contacted to make a determination. The Contracting Officer's decisions shall be final.
