PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The purpose of this notice is to announce an upcoming requirement for the VA medical facility in Prescott AZ for "Bio-Hazardous Medical Waste and Sharps Management Disposal Services." This requirement shall be issued full and open, unrestricted. Anticipated issue date of the solicitation is March 7th, 2012, with an anticipated proposal receipt date of March 16, 2012. Full specifications will be available in the solicitation package.
