Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 20 plans to issue a solicitation for the relocation of a Pevco pneumatic tubing system at the Spokane VA Medical Center located in Spokane, WA. This notice is not a solicitation. The project is 100% set aside for Small Business Concern status of the successful contractor may be confirmed with the Small Business Administration prior to award. In accordance with VAAR 836-204 the magnitude range for the project is less than $25,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is General Commercial and Institutional Construction 238290 and the small business size standard is $14,000,000.00 in average annual receipts. The period of performance for the work is 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The work will be performed in an operating facility and includes, but is not limited to, all tasks necessary to relocate the lab terminal station of an existing Pevco Accusend Pneumatic tube system from room A208 to room A209 at the Spokane VA Medical Center located in Spokane Washington. Vendors shall be Pevco authorized installers to perform work and are required to provide evidence of such to be considered. The successful contractor will be required to coordinate this project with that of other contractors performing work in close proximity at the facility.
