- Amendment to Solicitation The purpose of this amendment is to add the Expedited Mail CLINs, update the clauses associated with this requirement, provide additional clarification in support of the requirements and extend the response date to 3:00pm CST, 02 Mar 2012. Offerors should propose their best solution to provide the required services. The Government currently has software in place for the I-901 Fee System that is available for transfer or the offeror may provide their own software solution to meet the requirement of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) List of software currently being used: JDK 1.4, Tomcat 5.5, Oracle 10g, Tidal Sysadmiral, iPlanet 6.1, Enterasys Dragon Teaming, partnering and sub-contracting is allowed. The Government is not accepting nor responding to questions at this time. Offerors should comply with all the requirements of the solicitation, the solicitation amendments and the PWS.
