Description

The procurement action was conducted under FAR 6.302-1with the authority of 41U.S.C. 253(c) 1, as the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the requirement. 15 U.S. C. § 1540 The Secretary of Commerce, acting through the Under Secretary of Commerce for Oceans and Atmosphere, may enter into cooperative agreements and other financial agreements with any nonprofit organization to - (1) aid and promote scientific and educational activities to foster public understanding of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration or its programs... Department of Commerce (DOC), National Ocean and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) awarded a sole- source License Contract for office and related use space to Mississippi State University Research and Technology Corporation whose address is 100 Research Boulevard, Suite 105, Starkville, MS 39759. National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) require the space in support of Cooperative Institute known as the Northern Gulf Institute (NGI).
