- This solicitation is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/ and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER N00164-11-C-GS84 The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division intends to award a sole source Fixed-Price modification to NHresearch under Contract N00164-11-C-GS84 for an additional 3 stations at 120 V DC at currents up to 200 amperes; these stations must be compatible with the previously purchased rechargeable battery test system. This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source. The Contractor must be properly registered in the Government ™s Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to receive an award. Offerors may obtain information on CCR registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the internet at https://www.bpn.gov/ccr/. In accordance with FAR 4.1201, the contractor shall also complete electronic annual representations and certifications via the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) website at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the CCR database. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at destination. All items shall be delivered FOB destination. FAR part 15 procedures will be used. This notice is a synopsis and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and it is not a commitment by the U.S. Navy to procure subject items.
