- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) intends to make a sole source award to Leapfile, Inc. 32738 Folklore Loop, Union City, CA 94587-216. The contractor will provide PBGC the annual software maintenance support which includes: Enterprise edition; Unlimited Users, Unlimited GB Transfers, 0.2/MB Repository. Standard Branded Secure file exchange site includes Leap File Desktop Suite with Outlook, Auto resume, pause, cancel, & resume capabilities, 100% transfer reliability, outlook, MS office, & Thunderbird plug in. Leapfile software has been tested by the PBGC office of Information Technology. The support is essential to PBGC's network environment and works cohesively with PBGC's network systems. Leapfile is the only known source for this software maintenance. This is not a Request for Quote (RFQ) but a Notice of Intent. No, RFQ will be issued.
