Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project #675-12-200, located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Orlando Medical Center (NCO 8), 5201 Raymond Street, Orlando Fl 32803 to Remodel Urology Procedure Room 229N. The project range is between 250,000- $500,000 This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Aye Aye Construction, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified.
