- Solicitation The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, PA. intends to issue solicitation RFQP02171200014 for the requirement of FY 12, 3rd QUARTER Kosher. *Please note Religious Certified Food Quote Sheet for All ITEMS that list sheet as a reference. For ALL OTHER ITEMS use the description of the items listed on the solicitation. This is 100% small businesses set aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 424210 which contain a size standard of number of employees not to exceed 100 employees. Offers will be FOB destination with delivery being between April 01, 2012 thru June 31, 2012. Anything shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Warehouse personnel must be contacted @ 215-521-4026 to schedule delivery or to make adjustments in delivery schedules. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Detention Center 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106 in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past Performance and price will be considered. The solicitation is made available on February 15, 2012 and will be posted to the General Services Opportunities website 1. www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of this solicitation will not be made available. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to-date information about this acquisition. The closing date for receipt of quotes is February 29th 2012 5:00 PM,. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
