Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Need to lease (rent) an aggregate spreader (spreader box) for up to 12 months. The specific length will be determined with the vendor availability and unit's need. The contract will be set up to pay monthly. The final cost needs to include a delivery and pick up to and from the place of performance. Prefer to deliver the equipment by May 1st (or sooner if available). The aggregate spreader should include the major components as follows: Truck hitch, Receiving hopper, Belt conveyors, Spreading hopper, Discharge gates, Discharge roller. The contracted vendor will need to have a Tax-ID #, DUNS #, CCR CAGE Code #, and to create a log-in and access to Wide Area Workflow on-line to submit the invoice(s).
