- Notice of Intent - Sole Source Date Posted:02/15/2012 Closing Date: 02/20/2012 2 pm Mountain Time The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO19 - Contracting, Grand Junction, Colorado, intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. This notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-55, January 25, 2012. The North America Industry Classification System Code [NAICS] is 811213 communication equipment repair and maintenance and the size standard is $10.0M The government has determined that Nuance Communications Inc is the only source that can satisfy this agency requirement. The requirement is for Maintenance Service Agreement for the agency Dictaphone Model )EX151X-F07, 0EX25R-238, 01399277-MFG, 0139537-003 & 0000421 for the VAMC - Cheyenne, 2360 Pershing Blvd., Cheyenne WY. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO19 -Rocky Mountain Acquisition Center, Grand Junction, Colorado. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals. Any company that feels they have items that meet the needs of the Government must submit their technical data (2 pages or less) to support their claim. The information must explain the company's ability to overcome propriety information and compatibility with existing Dictaphone Systems.
