Description

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Signal Media Corporation for providing Antenna/Repeater Services for IRS-CI. Signal Media Corp provide the most secure and best coverage for IRS law enforcement radio communication located at 400ft. (Latitude: N 34.4756; Longitude: W 92.2944), Little Rock, AR. This contract shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Signal Media, who provides the highest most secure elevation for antenna lease services not available from any other source. The Government will award a 12 month base contract with 2 two option periods. The period of performance shall be: May 01, 2012 through April 30, 2015. Contract award is anticipated Wednesday, February 22, 2012. This notice is not a request for quotes; however, all responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements by submitting such capabilities in writing to the IRS Primary Point of Contract. Written response to this notice must be provided to this office no later than Tuesday, February 21, 2012 by 12:00 PM Eastern Time. It is solely within the discretion of the Government to evaluate your capabilities and to make a determination to compete this contract action. Any questions to this action should be directed to the IRS Primary Point of Contact.
