- Draft Performance of Work Statement This is NOT a notice of RFP ISSUANCE. This is a sources sought notice under solicitation number FA8601-12-R-0023 for FUELS MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Its purpose is to request capability packages from potential offerors. This Air Force requirement is considered commercial in nature, and any resultant contract shall be awarded IAW FAR Part 12. Please note the due date for submission of a capability package is NOON on 24 February 2012, EST. The ASC/PKO Contracting Office is CONTEMPLATING an acquisition for fuel services. The Air Force is seeking a contractor who can provide fuel service to include alongside aircraft refueling, bulk storage and distribution, ground fuel delivery, cryogenics operations, service station operations, and fuel laboratory operations within Wright Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The attached DRAFT performance work statement thoroughly describes the objectives of this acquisition. A base year and 4 option year FIRM FIXED PRICE contract is contemplated for the period of 1 August 2012 to 31 July 2017. An interested party is asked to submit the following to demonstrate their intent to submit a proposal at the time of an official solicitation. Please send the Government point of contact a brief description of any past work experiences that are similar in relevancy and scope to this proposed contract. To develop this document, the interested party will read the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement and succinctly describe in writing how his/her past experience is relevant to this requirement. In addition to a description, the interested party is asked to submit a point of contact for each relevant contract performed in the past. Also required is a statement concerning the size of the interested company in relation to NAICS 488190, where a small business is considered to be a company whose average annual receipts are less than or equal to $7,000,000. An interested party's contact information, DUNS and CAGE Code should head each document that is submitted.
