Description

Tyndall AFB VTC J&A Notice of Intent to award a sole source purchase order for Tyndall AFB secured video teleconferencing system. (F4A3202031AC01) The 325th Contracting Squadron hereby gives notice of its intent to award a sole source purchase order to Professional Data Systems, Inc (INACOMP) for all the necessary supplies and services needed to modify the Government's existing unclassified video teleconferencing (VTC) system to a secured VTC system. Modification to Tyndall AFB's existing VTC system by any company other than INACOMP will void the systems warranty. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4A3202031AC01. The NAICS code for this procurement is 517911. The closing date for this notice is Wednesday February 29, 2012 at 12:00 noon Central Standard Time.
